What are the "Events" you host?
We host buy, sell and trade shows due to our passion for streetwear and skating. At these events people can buy streetwear from the numerous vendors on site as well as from other attendees. You are also welcome to sell and trade your own streetwear for cash or other streetwear. We fill our events with special guests, unique vendors and loads of things to do so that you enjoy yourself. You will never attend another event with the amount of rare streetwear and items that we have in house.
When will my items arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for ordering processing plus an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. If you choose 2 day delivery please allow 1 business day for order processing plus 2 business days for delivery.
I do not live in the United States. Can I order online?
Yes, we will happily ship outside of the United States as long as you cover the shipping costs.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $10 to orders within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). All orders outside of the United States including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $25. For any oddly sized items such as Skateboards and Chairs, a 5$ additional shipping fee will be added to the flat rate cost. Sorry, I changed my mind and I would like to return or exchange my items. Can I do so? How?
Solepreme Con will gladly take exchange an item for an item of the same value or less. If you decide to return or exchange an item, please email info@solepremecon.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange / your reason for exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You have 7 days to exchange your item(s) upon receipt of your item(s).
Lost Items?
We are not responsible for any items lost, damaged or stolen during shipping. All shipments are insured however the buyer assumes full responsibility in filing claims with the shipping carrier. Please check back to insure you have the most up to date shipping policies.
Can I place an order of things not on your webstore?
Feel free to email us at info@solepremecon.com if you guys have a particular item in mind and we can check our stock and get back to you. Please email us with your name and email address so we can respond promptly.
Do you guys have a physical store?

I placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Sometimes there may be a slight delay from the time you place an order to the time the system sends you a confirmation email. Don't panic, it is most portably on its way. If it has not reached your inbox in 24 hours of the time you placed an order please email us at info@solepremecon.com with your order number and name.
Do you restock your inventory?
Yes, we restock quite often. To stay updated with the latest information on restocks follow our Instagram @solepremecon.
Can you guys mail me a Solepreme Con Sticker?
Sorry, at this time we have run out of stickers however we will be releasing new stickers so please check back soon.
Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match?
No however it is recommended.
Can I contact you directly with questions or concerns?
Yes! We would be happy to answer any of your questions or concerns. Just email info@solepremecon.com with any of your questions or concerns. Include your name and email so that we can do our best to respond.
How do I know when my consigned goods sell?
We will email you every Sunday on a weekly basis letting you know how much you have sold and what you still have left to sell.
Can I consign my own goods?
Yes, we would love to take some of your items and put them on the site. We take 10% of the profits of your consigned goods however you can price the item at whatever price you would like. To consign goods please email info@solepremecon.com with your name, email, location and the goods you would like to consign. We will try and get back to you promptly.
